We are looking for a 
Fashion Sales & Client Relations Executive
 who embodies grace, confidence, and a true passion for couture fashion.

If you can blend sales strategy with the art of storytelling, create memorable client experiences, and drive meaningful conversions — this opportunity is for you.

Your Role:

  1. Reach out and Engage with clients across calls, WhatsApp, and in-store appointments with warmth and professionalism.

  2. Convert fashion inquiries into confirmed couture orders through personalized service and product knowledge.

  3. Maintain and update client databases, follow-ups, and sales reports with precision.

  4. Coordinate seamlessly with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure each client's experience is flawless.

  5. Represent the Masumi Mewawalla brand voice — elegant, confident, and deeply client-centric.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for 
    luxury fashion and styling.
  • Ability to handle premium clientele with poise and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
  • Graduate in Fashion / Marketing / Business preferred.
