The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Quality Analyst Intern to join our tech team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and designers to test our internal tools and AI applications. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance in a real-world tech environment.

What You'll Do

  • Test Applications:
     Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web and mobile applications, CRMs, and AI tools
  • Identify & Report Bugs:
     Document bugs clearly with detailed steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity levels
  • Collaborate with Development Teams:
     Work closely with developers to understand features, verify fixes, and ensure quality throughout the development cycle
  • Create Test Cases:
     Assist in writing and maintaining test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements
  • Support Quality Processes:
     Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of our Agile workflow
  • Document Testing Activities:
     Maintain comprehensive testing documentation including test plans, test results, and quality reports
  • Learn Automation Basics:
     Get exposure to test automation tools and practices (bonus opportunity)
