As a Clinic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and adherence to protocols. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating daily clinic operations to optimize workflow and patient experience. - Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitoring inventory levels of skincare products and supplies, flagging off when products fall below threshold levels and coordinating orders as necessary. You will also be in charge of staff supervision and training, which involves: - Training and supervising clinic staff, including therapists, receptionists/coordinators, and support personnel. - Conducting performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and implementing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. - Scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during clinic hours. In terms of customer/client care and customer service, your duties will include: - Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback. - Overseeing patient scheduling, follow-up, and ensuring a seamless patient journey from consultation to post-treatment care. Regarding sales and revenue, you will be expected to: - Achieve sales and revenue targets as set by company standards. - Conduct daily follow-ups for consistent sales and focus on client/customer retentions. - Stay updated with the latest technology and offers in the industry. - Maintain records of sales, revenue, and inquiries from various sources such as walk-ins, social media, ads leads, and references.
