  • Assisting in maintaining relationships with insurers and PE/VC and corporate clients.
  • Assist the W&I team in various matters such as identifying tax risk opportunities in W&I projects (cross-selling) and negotiating tax aspects of W&I policies.
  • Reviewing tax provisions in M&A agreements.
