Position: Manager or Assistant Manager - Audit & Taxation Qualifications : Qualified CA Experience: 6 -8 years Preferences - Male & Married ans candidate must willing to travel internationally according to work demands. Salary : Upto LPA Working Days - 6 Roles and Responsibilities: - Candidate must be responsible to manage: Financial modelling, Financial due diligence, preparation of FS, variance analysis, ratio analysis, taxation, Internal audits and controls, cost management, financial forecasting & Budgeting, legal compliance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, valuations, financial strategic decision making, investment analysis, identifying financial risks. Only Male and Married candidate should apply for this role. If work demands, they need to travel between Singapore and India. Candidate must be willing to extend their work timing when needed. About the company: A company specializing exclusively in peanuts, acting as a major global exporter and importer of peanut products, handling a significant portion of the world's peanut trade, with a focus on quality control and sustainability throughout the entire supply chain, from farming to processing and value -added products; essentially, they are considered a leading player in the peanut industry, managing a large volume of peanut produce annually across various origins and markets.
