Sri Kamadhenu Residency is seeking a polite, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Shift Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or part-time job seekers looking to work in the hospitality industry during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
- Manage phone calls and reservations during the night shift
- Maintain front desk security and ensure proper entry of guest details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required
- Monitor lobby area and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & email handling)
- Ability to stay alert and responsible during night hours

- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
