Customer service: Greeting guests, understanding their needs, and providing information about amenities and offers Managing guest accounts: Processing reservations and payments, preparing room bills, and checking guests out Administrative tasks: Filing, photocopying, and arranging room assignments Answering calls: Answering calls from guests and potential customers, taking messages, and directing calls Concierge services: Booking theater tickets, arranging travel, and providing information about local attractions Resolving complaints: Handling guest requests and resolving complaints Some skills that are important for a hotel receptionist include: Communication and interpersonal skills: Being able to interact with guests, other staff, and receptionists Organizational skills: Being able to multitask and keep track of multiple tasks Attention to detail: Being able to focus on minor details Administrative skills: Being able to use a computer, handle cash, and arrange room assignments
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,149.78 - ₹23,461.85 per month
