Job Description – Data Operator (Google Workspace & Advanced Excel)

Location: Surat

Job Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Preference: Male Candidates Only

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Operator with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Workspace tools. The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage large data sets, automate workflows using scripts, and support day-to-day digital workspace operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work extensively with Advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize Google Sheets with scripting knowledge (Google App Script).
  • Automate reports and workflows using JavaScript & App Script (basic level).
  • Operate and support Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Panel, etc.).
  • Handle basic domain management tasks (email setup, access permissions, user management).
  • Apply mathematical and analytical skills for data validation, accuracy, and reporting.
  • Provide quick query resolutions and ensure smooth digital workspace operations.
  • Collaborate with team members for process improvement and data management efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any field (Mathematics/Computer background preferred).
  • Experience: 2–4 years in data operations or similar role.
  • Technical Skills Must-Have:
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory).
  • Pivot Tables (mandatory).
  • Google Sheets with script knowledge (thorough).
  • JavaScript & App Script (basic).
  • Google Workspace (thorough knowledge).
  • Domain Management (basic).
  • Strong problem-solving ability, accuracy, and time management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
