Job Summary:

Responsible for accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of Item Bill of Material data in the ERP/system, ensuring completeness and correctness to support smooth production and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify BOM data in ERP/system as per approved specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy in linking item codes, descriptions, quantities, and components.
  • Coordinate with Design, Production, and Stores teams for BOM-related clarifications.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of BOM data.
  • Assist in preparing reports and data extracts for analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of BOM / manufacturing process preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and data entry tools.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and speed in typing.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience:

  • 02 years in data entry or documentation (manufacturing background preferred).
