Role & responsibilities

  1. Preparing & execution of PM - Preventive Maintenance through SAP-PM module.

  2. Planning & execution of predictive maintenance though thermography equipment & maintain their record.

  3. Planning & execution of maintenance of variable frequency drive panels / motor control center / power control center / Transformer & switch yard.

  4. Prepare electrical apparatus specification, checked GAD, power & control wiring.

  5. Root cause analysis & take corrective & preventive action to avoid recurrence of the problem / breakdown.

  6. Monitoring & improve of MTTR/MRBF of critical equipment.

  7. Upkeep captive power plant engine ready for emergency power back up purpose & coordinate with operator for their maintenance as per schedule.

  8. Planning & execution of shut down job within scheduled time frame & safe manner.

  9. Monitoring / Control electrical budget & inventory monthly basis.

  10. Technical approval for electrical drawing for motor control center & package units.

  11. Monitoring contractor allotted jobs, advance prepare their job orders, passing their measurement sheet.

  12. Ensure to compliance of lock out tag out system

  13. Prepare / review root cause analysis & corrective action & preventive action

  14. Follow & ensure compliance of all activities as per Navin Health safety guidelines

Support to achieve zero accident / incident.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Should be having experience of handling the individual electrical shift & should be able to manage company & contract employees.

  2. Should have experience in Mid / Large size chemical plant with electrical system having load of 5-6 MVA.

  3. Exposure to handle individual electrical department shift operation, maintenance of 66 KV switchyard, Deutz gas engine, DG sets.

  4. Desirable holding valid supervisory / wireman license of Govt. of Gujarat.

  5. SAP ERP

  6. 07-09 Years of experience in chemical company.
