Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Cards team to identify testing scope and prepare test cases.
  • Design, write, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
  • Perform testing across Web, Mobile, API, GUI, and Authorization environments.
  • Report, track, and manage defects with clear documentation.
  • Provide quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolutions.
  • Manage multiple testing assignments simultaneously.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, SOPs, logs, and status reports.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education:
     BE / B.Tech / MCA
  • Experience:
     3–5 years in Credit Card domain testing with strong knowledge of Credit Card lifecycle and core card processing.
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with 
    V+ and Falcon
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    GUI, Web, Mobile, API, Authorization, and Automation Testing
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    interface systems with V+
    .
  • Excellent 
    documentation skills
     (test plans, execution logs, defect logs, SOPs, status reports).
  • Strong 
    communication skills
     (verbal & written) with ability to liaise with technical and business teams.
  • Ability to 
    work independently and in teams
    , manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong 
    analytical and problem-solving abilities
    .
