As we continue expanding our global talent network, we are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our performance team and help drive impactful paid campaigns for international clients.

Role Overview

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and client growth. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account managers to deliver high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and adjust strategies for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to refine ad copy and landing pages.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 13+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and bidding strategies.
  • Experience in performance-driven industries (eCommerce, healthcare, beauty, finance, or education) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
