Urgent Requirement Industrial Engineer (Plastic Molding Industry)

We are hiring an Industrial Engineer with experience in the Plastic Molding Industry (mandatory).

Position: Industrial Engineer

Industry: Plastic Molding

Experience: Minimum 6 Years to 12 Years relevant experience in Plastic Molding

Location: Pune ( Talegaon)

Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study and analyze plastic molding operations to identify process improvements.
  • Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and layout planning.
  • Optimize manpower planning and resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, etc.).
  • Standardize work methods and prepare SOPs for molding processes.
  • Monitor cycle times, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and production KPIs.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve material flow efficiency.
  • Support new product development (NPD) and mold changeover activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Maintenance, Production).
