Collabera is looking for a Timesheet Executive who will be responsible for collecting approved timecards of our Employees and Consultant from the clients they are associated with which in turn would initiate the process of Revenue generation. A Timesheet Executive will compute the earnings of workers by referring to their annual salary or timesheet to discover hours worked.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for downloading approved timesheets from various client portals for our Employees and Consultant, saving the same in a designated folder and verifying & pre-approving the hours on the Collabera timesheet system. This in turn would initiate the process of Revenue generation for the company. The Incumbent should be able to:
  • Understand and learn the timesheet workflow in the system
  • Understand the various types of consultants and the US payroll laws and rules for various states.
  • Verifying the hours approved by the client with the hours submitted by the consultant and pre-approving the same.
  • Understand concept of ST/OT hours, US state and payroll laws.
  • Needs to download approved timesheets, rename and save them on the folder (server)
  • Creating reports of all pending items with current status.
  • Track pending Timesheets and procure the same from the various client portals/mailboxes.
  • Identify challenges that leads to delay in procurement of timesheet and escalating it to the concerned stakeholders

The Person:

Team member - Timesheet will bring following qualifications and experience:

Must have

  • Should be competent to understand and interpret verbal and written English communication.
  • Good grasping power
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce stream and may have some post-graduate education in finance stream (Full time/part time)
  • Computer skills - Must have good knowledge of MS Office esp. MS Excel and must have excellent keyboard skills.
  • Confident, Self-motivated and willing to do repetitive tasks.
