Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Architecture located in Agra. The Head of Architecture will be responsible for leading and developing architectural initiatives, creating IT strategies, overseeing enterprise architecture, and managing software development processes. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Daily tasks include developing architectural frameworks, implementing technical solutions, and ensuring the scalability and sustainability of the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Architecture and Architecture
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IT Strategy
- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture
- Knowledge and experience in Software Development
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus
