We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions efficiently, along with good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to enhance candidate experience.
  • Support HR team in additional tasks such as induction, documentation, and HR operations when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/ATS will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
