Urgent opening for the profile of Manager Sales & Marketing (Chemicals) at location Mumbai.
Experience: 12–15 years in chemical sales, with at least 5 years in speciality chemicals/agro-based/oleo-chemical sales.
Age: 35 to 40 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive domestic sales of specialty chemicals, agro-based, and oleochemical products. The role will focus on sustaining product growth and aggressively expanding sales of new growth products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales of existing product portfolio.
- Identify new markets and customers for growth products.
- Lead negotiations, close orders, and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure timely dispatch, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to deliver results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer/Coatings, or Oil Technology.
- 12–15 years in chemical sales, with at least 5 years in specialty chemicals/agro-based/oleochemical sales.
- Strong marketing skills, goal-oriented, excellent communication.
- Exposure to paints, coatings, inks, polymers, adhesives, lubricants, cosmetics, pharma industries.
- Willing to travel; persuasive and resilient mindset.
