About Us

Marx Tradelink is a growing freight forwarding and logistics company based in Rajkot, specializing in import–export, clearing & forwarding, container bookings, and end-to-end logistics solutions. We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic Field Sales Associates to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients (exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders) in the assigned territory.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into customers.
  • Promote freight forwarding, C&F, container booking, and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor activity updates.
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups from clients.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (logistics/freight sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Rajkot and nearby industrial areas.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, Excel).
  • Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.
