**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of sales, inside sales, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with healthcare/overseas recruitment is a plus
