Role Description

We are looking for an experienced professional (minimum 4 years) to support the architecture, setup, and operational management of our Azure-based consumer application. The role is part-time and project-oriented, suitable for remote or hybrid engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and manage Azure resources including Container Apps, Virtual Networks (VNets), and Azure Front Door.​
  • Implement, configure, and secure private endpoints, NSGs, and network firewalls for best-in-class cloud security.​
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure deployments and containerized workloads.
  • Optimize networking, security, and access controls using Azure best practices.
  • Integrate and maintain Azure AI Search or Cognitive Search, supporting product search and AI-driven recommendations.​
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to in-house teams as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services in a professional environment.​
  • Proven expertise with Azure Container Apps, Virtual Networks, Azure Front Door, private endpoints, and NSG configuration.​
  • Practical knowledge of Azure portal and CLI.
  • Experience configuring and managing cloud security for enterprise or SaaS apps.
  • Proficiency in automating deployments (DevOps, GitHub Actions, ARM/Bicep templates).
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Search is a strong plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure certification (Az-104, Az-305, AI-102, or equivalent).
  • Experience with REST API integration and PowerShell or Python scripting for Azure automation.
  • Exposure to advanced networking (peering, hybrid connectivity, UDRs) in Azure.
  • Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS) and microservices architecture.
