Job Description:

Blue Cloud is seeking a motivated Service Delivery Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering industry-leading Network Performance Monitoring & Diagnostics (NPMD), Cloud, and Observability solutions. As a Service Delivery Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to implement, configure, and support NPMD solutions for our enterprise clients, helping them ensure network health, reliability, and performance. You will also contribute to delivering cloud transformation projects and deploying observability solutions using open-source and proprietary tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain NPMD solutions (including Solarwinds, Riverbed and other network performance monitoring tools).
  • Perform network performance monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Support cloud solutions implementation, focusing on migrations, architecture setup, and optimization.
  • Deploy and manage observability solutions using tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and Jaeger.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients.
  • Provide technical support and assist in resolving client incidents.
  • Document configurations, operational processes, and solution designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic experience in Networking and Network Monitoring solutions.
  • CCNA certification (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with Solarwinds and Riverbed NPMD solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of observability tools and open-source frameworks.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-evolving technology environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
