Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand plans and marketing strategies for assigned products.
  • Lead new product launches, including market research, positioning, pricing, and promotional planning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive brand performance and meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Design and execute campaigns and promotional materials (visual aids, brochures, etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including growth and maturity phases, and take corrective action where needed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, prescription audits, and competitor activity.
  • Train field force on product knowledge, USPs, and communication strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and promotional guidelines.
