Job Description PMT Executive

Objective:

To drive sales growth of Sterling Accuris, with a special focus on advanced tests, by conceptualizing and executing effective marketing initiatives, supporting the sales team, and engaging with doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in framing and implementing the organization's marketing activity plan.

Develop promotional inputs and materials for the sales team.

Organize CMEs and conferences in coordination with the sales team (end-to-end handling).

Conduct field visits to gather doctors' insights and feedback on tests.

Prepare and analyze sales data for reviews and business insights.

Plan, structure, and coordinate product trainings for the sales team; manage dispatch of marketing materials.

Collaborate with the technical team for marketing-related requirements.

Execute and monitor marketing spend while ensuring measurable ROI.

Contribute to pricing strategy and new panel composition.

Conduct competition mapping and analyze market feedback.

Support new product launches and carry out market analysis.
