
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for franchise sales through market research, calls, meetings, and digital outreach.
- Assist in the franchise onboarding process – sharing proposals, explaining business models, and maintaining communication with potential franchise partners.
- Support in preparing franchise agreements, presentations, and pitch decks in coordination with senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients for bulk orders, gifting solutions, and customized products.
- Handle end-to-end coordination for corporate orders – from inquiry, pricing, negotiation, to delivery follow-up.
- Collaborate with brands, corporates, and institutions for joint promotions, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain and update a CRM / lead tracker for franchises and corporate clients.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events to generate franchise and corporate leads.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate and franchise deals.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline status to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to suggest new strategies.
