SAP IS Professional Services – Professional services industry Experts

The Opportunity:
Pentoz is looking for an experienced SAP IS Professional Services Consultant to support the digital transformation needs of clients in the professional services sector, including consulting, legal, accounting, marketing, and engineering firms. This role is focused on leveraging SAP's industry-specific solution for professional services to streamline project and resource management, improve financial control, and enable data-driven client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IS Professional Services solutions tailored to industry needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into system functionalities
• Configure and optimize key areas such as project accounting, resource management, billing, and contract management
• Integrate SAP IS with core modules like SAP FI/CO, SD, HCM, and PS to support end-to-end process flows
• Deliver enhancements, customizations, and best practices aligned with client-specific use cases and performance goals
• Guide data migration strategies and ensure clean, structured master data
• Conduct end-user training, prepare documentation, and provide go-live and post-go-live support
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and client SLAs
• Provide insights on industry trends and contribute to innovation in service delivery and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and client executives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations within the professional services industry
• Deep understanding of the SAP IS-Professional Services solution, including project lifecycle, timesheet capture, billing, and revenue recognition
• Proven track record with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA platforms
• Strong understanding of integration touchpoints with FI, CO, SD, HCM, and PS modules
• Familiarity with resource scheduling, client contracts, milestone-based billing, and WBS elements
• Experience working with consulting, legal, or engineering firms is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client engagement skills
• Ability to manage complex projects independently in a fully remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in Professional Services or Project System
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Cloud for Professional Services
• Understanding of industry KPIs such as billable utilization, realization rate, and margin tracking
• Exposure to SAP Fiori apps and self-service analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Experience with time tracking and billing systems integrations (e.g., Replicon, Concur)
