Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Export Operations Executive based in Chennai. The incumbent will be responsible for handling air export operations, coordinating with airlines, shippers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and prompt shipment processes. Key day-to-day tasks include preparing export documentation, managing freight bookings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer support to address any shipment-related queries or issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience with air freight operations and export documentation
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for dealing with airlines, shippers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to manage customer support activities and address shipment-related queries efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the logistics industry is beneficial
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
