Assistant Manager - Air Exports - Male Candidate

Job Summary:

We're seeking candidates for our Air Export operations, customer service, Pricing, documentation and Pan India Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage air export operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery across India

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues from customers across India

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue

  • Oversee documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of air export operations

  • Analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

-1+ years of experience in air exports, preferably in a freight forwarding company

  • Strong knowledge of air export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, pricing, and operations management

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Pan India experience and knowledge of regional regulations and requirements
