Designation: End Point Security

Job Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)

Experience: 6-8Years

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Serve as the solution architect for SIEM, SOAR and Log Management Solutions, understanding client requirements and proposing appropriate technical solutions. Articulate use cases and suggest solutions for client-specific needs.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Lead the design, architecting, and implementation of SIEM, SOAR and Log Management solutions, with expertise in products like MS Sentinel, HP ArcSight, Splunk, McAfee ESM. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) exercises as needed.
  • Client Engagement: Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and participate in proposal Defense meetings. Take on client-facing roles to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Security Operations Center: Setup and Manage Security Operations Centres (SOCs) based on client requirements. Implement various SOC operating models and possess in-depth knowledge of IT/OT security processes, incident response, and ITIL.
  • Network Monitoring and Intrusion Detection: Conduct periodic network monitoring and intrusion detection analysis to identify and respond to security threats.
  • Security Best Practices: Stay updated on emerging threats and industry trends, collaborating with industry experts to plan mitigation strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in IT/OT security.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Product certifications in relevant technologies.
  • Domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within India or onsite, both short-term and long-term.

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, SANS, PCI DSS, ISO, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, IDS, IPS tools and security log analysis.
  • Proficiency in incident response, threat hunting, and security tool configuration.
  • Knowledge of IT-OT convergence and relevant protocols (Modbus, Profibus, DNP3, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud security and AWS/Azure architecture.
  • Expertise in network and security design, including micro-segmentation.
  • Understanding of IEC 62443 standard for OT security.
