to join our team and support our US staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in the US market.
  • Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and networking platforms to find talent.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Negotiate salary/rate terms with candidates and close offers effectively.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to both candidates and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1–3 years
    of experience in
    US IT staffing/recruitment
    .
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ability to work
    US shift hours
    (EST/PST).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
