Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a similar position as project manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate resources and manage teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

The successful applicant will be responsible for drawing resources as per the approved schedule, preparing work methods for incorporation into project plans, and overseeing construction, erection, and testing activities in line with approved drawings and methods.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating resources to meet project requirements within time and cost constraints.
  • Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Managing EHS procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Utilizing resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Orienting site workers on quality and EHS expectations.

Experience in breakwater construction, both on land and marine, is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of wave and tidal effects and quarry-related activities. The ability to interpret bathymetry and topography surveys is also essential.
