Process Associate

JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst - Night Shift

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1- 3 Years

DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS

REPORTS TO: Team Leader Operations

LOCATION: Gurgaon

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and updates: Research prescribed documents and updated data in the

relevant databases to provide valuable insights to clients or internal stakeholders.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by

eectively communicating nancial insights, addressing their concerns, and

meeting their reporting requirements.

Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of nancial data,

including reconciliations and data validation.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant nancial

regulations and industry standards, particularly in the nancial industry where

compliance is crucial.

Client Satisfaction: Measure and track client satisfaction with the nancial services

provided and take corrective actions as necessary.

Timeliness: Ensure that nancial reports and analyses are delivered on time,

meeting client or internal deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including

other analysts, operations, and technology teams to achieve common goals.

Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with nancial industry trends, regulatory

changes, and best practices.

Data Security and Condentiality: Ensure the security and condentiality of

sensitive nancial data.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of nancial

processes, transactions, and analyses.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Required Hindi Ability Level Business Fluent

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good alphanumeric typing speed (40 WPM) Familiar with Microsoft Oice.

Should have sound knowledge of accounting and general nancial concepts.

Competent written and oral English language communication, ability to

communicate in various formats: E-mail, Chat, Calls, and face-to-face

communication.

Must be comfortable working with numbers and statistics. This includes statistical

analysis, data interpretation, and quantitative modeling.

EDUCATION:

Any Bachelors / Masters degree

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond

eectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches

and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make eective and

persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top

management, public groups and clients.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to

add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common

fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to dene problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability

to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form

and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:

Candidates with quality related certication/licenses will be preferred.

move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specic vision
