We're looking for a
Marketing Executive
who's creative, design-savvy, and eager to grow across our diverse verticals — from hospitality and events to real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to build awareness for
    Iron & Timber Lounge
    and other Energen Hospitality initiatives.
  • Manage social media pages, coordinate content shoots, and ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Design marketing creatives, videos, and visual content using tools like
    Adobe, Canva, Figma
    , or other relevant design software.
  • Collaborate with photographers, influencers, and event teams for campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly marketing reports.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events, collaborations, and themed nights.
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams for creatives, menus, and in-house branding.
  • Work
    cross-company
    with the
    Marketing Lead
    to support marketing activities for
    EnergenWorks
    and
    RISA Banquets
    as well.
  • Stay updated on marketing and design trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in design tools
    like
    Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
    , or similar —
    this is a must.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts, brand building, and social media strategy.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • A creative eye for design and storytelling.
  • Freshers are welcome
