Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Operations:
- Manage the reception desk — greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests courteously and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them appropriately or take accurate messages.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed (visitor passes, logs, etc.).
- Manage appointments and meeting room schedules.
- Customer Interaction:
- Address resident queries and service requests, coordinating with relevant departments (maintenance, housekeeping, admin, etc.).
- Provide project information, updates, or guidance to walk-in clients or visitors.
- Support the Customer Experience team in resident communication and event coordination.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain front office inventory (stationery, ID cards, courier logs, etc.).
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and deliveries.
- Prepare daily reports on visitor footfall, calls received, and issues logged.
- Assist in administrative or clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, or record maintenance.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with facility management, housekeeping, and security for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Escalate unresolved complaints or urgent matters to the appropriate manager.
- Support internal and external event coordination at the clubhouse, sales office, or other site areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
