Job Title: *Guest Relations Executive / Front Desk Executive*
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
*Front Desk Management:*
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as required.
Administrative Support:*
Manage bookings of meeting rooms and workspaces.
Handle courier and mail (incoming & outgoing).
Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations.
*Client Communication:*
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and facilities to walk-ins or inquiries.
Schedule tours and appointments for prospective clients.
Maintain daily records of visitor interactions and follow-ups.
*Key Requirements:*
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in front office, guest relations, hospitality, or customer service roles.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration background preferred).
Languages: Must have excellent English communication skills
Computer Skills: Basic MS Office
Personality Traits: Smart, confident, polite, well-groomed, presentable, proactive, and service-oriented.
Other Skills: Multitasking, Time Management, Basic Data Entry, Customer Handling.

Educational institutes or real estate offices
