We are currently seeking a Collaboration Solutions Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Assess the current state of legacy collaboration solutions, including messaging apps, file sharing platforms, and Kanban boards, to identify migration requirements, dependencies, and potential challenges.

Develop a detailed migration strategy and roadmap for transitioning from legacy solutions to their respective M365 apps, taking into account business needs, technical considerations, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and end-users, to gather requirements, prioritize migration activities, and establish clear objectives and timelines.

Monitor migration progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project milestones, successes, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in collaboration and productivity tools, and incorporate them into the migration strategy and implementation.
