We are inviting forward-thinking leaders and professionals to join us as Innovation Lab Partners, helping build a network of IndustryAcademic Interface Labs that will drive the next wave of digital transformation and societal impact.

As an Innovation Lab Partner, you will collaborate with corporate leaders, academic institutions, and innovators to design and nurture ecosystems where ideas can evolve into breakthrough solutions. These labs will serve as testing grounds for emerging technologies across AI, digital twins, 5G/6G, edge computing, cybersecurity, sustainability, and bio-convergence, while also encouraging experimentation in creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-create innovation lab roadmaps in collaboration with industry and academic stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities in latest technology domains such as AI, automation, extended reality, sustainable IT, and advanced networking.
• Mentor and guide teams in research, product development, and prototyping.
• Foster cross-sector collaboration to ensure real-world impact.
• Support knowledge transfer, project governance, and innovation audits.
• Contribute to building scalable models that strengthen societal, environmental, and corporate growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Passion for technology, innovation, and societal development.
• Experience in corporate leadership, academic research, or startup ecosystems.
• Knowledge of emerging digital transformation areas across multiple sectors.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and mentor young innovators.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate can be from any Industry. Should have passion to nurture startups, promote startup products, leverage their existing network and build communities to get geared for next Gen AI enabled solutions. Training will be provided on AI fundamentals

Focus is to build Micro entrepreneurs within their own circles and build our Ecosystem.

Caution

We are experimenting with multiple college students on Industry-Academic interfaces and please do not expect these students to be expert on emerging technologies, so only conceivable innovation labs which skills folks on next gen technologies and where multiple proof of concepts can be built . This is an opportunity for seniors to pay back to society and be part of frugal student startup spin offs or even explore staff augmentation models using this ecosystem in both technology, sales, marketing, business intelligence areas.

What is the objective?

It is to awaken individuals to get self sufficient and skilled to support variety of projects and make individuals enablers for a positive cause..

We keep having requirements for full time positions too, but the purpose here is to make human impacts and explore how to solve unemployment issues and foster entrepreneurship spirit.
