Payfin- A payment platform helping businesses accept and send money securely and instantly PAN India. Our services include UPI payment gateways, QR code, Checkout pages, deep linking APIs, bulk UPI APIs, and Payout Solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of modern businesses.

Chitchat- A super-cool multichannel messaging platform that connects brands with customers across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Voice, RCS, and more. With automation, analytics, and seamless API integrations, we're redefining how brands communicate at scale.

Think of us as the bridge between finance and communication between business and customers

This role isn't just about cold calls or meeting sales targets—it's about enabling the sales team to succeed and ensuring a seamless experience for our merchant partners. You'll play a key role in assisting with merchant communication, coordinating internal sales resources, and supporting overall sales operations.

Your responsibilities are these tasks and more

  • Reach out to new businesses and get conversations started.
  • Keep our current merchants engaged and content.
  • Help the sales team with meetings, presentations, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Answer queries, solve problems, and make sure merchants are supported.
  • Keep everything neat in our CRM (basically, being the organized one).
  • Research new markets, track competitors, and share fresh ideas.
  • Contribute to both new client acquisition and existing client retention.
  • Support the creation of high-quality sales presentations
  • Step into the field when required, get real exposure by meeting clients face-to-face
  • Experiencing sales in action with multi-industry businesses

We're Looking For:

  • Great communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi).
  • Confidence to handle objections and close deals.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and excited about working in a fast-paced startup.

Who can Apply?

  • Graduates / Postgraduates from any discipline. (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Freshers welcome (0–1 year in sales, BD, or internships works).
  • Bonus points if you've had exposure to fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.
