  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer interest
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Handle customer objections professionally
  • Coordinate with the sales and support team as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]
  • Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
