**Job Description**:
As a Tele-calling Executive Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will play a crucial role in lead generation and nurturing, helping us connect with individuals interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, develop your communication and sales skills, and build a foundation for a successful career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and follow up on inquiries from various marketing channels.
- Client Communication: Introduce our company and properties to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Information Gathering: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions about their property needs, budget, and preferences.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads for site visits or detailed consultations.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our client database with accurate and detailed information from calls.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from calls to understand market trends and client needs.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on call activity, lead status, and progress.
**Requirements**:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
- Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills
- A keen interest in the real estate industry.
- Qualities:

- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Disciplined and punctual.
- Eager to learn and grow.
