Your Impact on Our Mission:
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to the providers, via emails, within a set cadence to recover unpaid billed amounts and will be responsible for maintaining the collections queue and related reports. Along with this you will be responsible for raising troubleshoots or escalating to the service team in cases of no resolution.
Your day-to-day is...
- Own AR process by managing collections workflow, maintaining associated reports, and collaborating with internal teams to secure payment on outstanding balances.
- Resolve credit card declines and chargebacks.
- Monitor accounts daily and identify outstanding account receivables
- Partner with internal teams on quarterly process improvement projects.
- Assist in the migration of existing billing tools and workflows from Business Operations to Accounts Receivables and own the associated processes
You'd be Successful in This Role if You Have…
- A Bachelor's degree from a good institute (minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation)
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Associate, a Collection/Debt Specialist or similar role (preferred not mandatory)
- At least 1 to 2 years in customer service or similar position (preferred not mandatory)
- Good MS office Excel skills and/or Google Spreadsheets
- Enjoy having autonomy in managing daily tasks
- Adaptable with an eye for opportunities to create professional development
- Conflict resolution skills with a commitment to the customer experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and email etiquette
- Results oriented approach to research, problem-solving, and time management
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability, attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently and without continuous direction
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments for the sake of resolution
