Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide staff to achieve outstanding service and sales targets
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of customer service, handle feedback and complaints
Operations Management: Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in spa management or a related field
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Other Essential Skills:
Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies
Marketing and Sales: Ability to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry regulations
Technical Skills: Proficiency in spa management software, CRM systems, and point-of-sale systems
