Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in spa management or a related field
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Other Essential Skills:
Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies
Marketing and Sales: Ability to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
