Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Manage social media accounts, content creation, and online engagement.

Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.

Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for management.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.

Handle inquiries and follow up with potential customers to generate leads.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role preferred

Strong understanding of marketing concepts, market research, and digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (depending on experience & skills)
