About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing executivewith a strong focus on digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and execute online campaigns, generate leads through digital channels, and drive revenue growth. This is a perfect role for someone who loves blending creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Manage company presence on platforms like Instagram, and Facebook to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage content for blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, and website analytics to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROI) and make data-driven improvements.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns and convert them into opportunities.
  • Manage bookings done on Makemytrip, , Agoda, Airbnb, etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a target-driven approach.
