Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records and purchase history in the database.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
