Job Title: Growth Marketing Lead (Full-Time)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition, campaign performance, and marketing analytics. You will be responsible for driving measurable user acquisition, optimizing funnels, and ensuring efficient return on marketing investments. This role combines performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and growth experimentation to scale 's presence across global SaaS markets. You will work closely with the Creative Lead and Content & Engagement Lead to deliver integrated campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage acquisition funnels and continuously improve CAC vs. LTV.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, creatives, and messaging to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Growth Ops
  • Build dashboards to track marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates).
  • Own marketing attribution and ensure spend efficiency.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and share insights with founders for strategic decisions.
Experimentation & Conversion Optimization
  • Test new channels, growth hacks, and acquisition models.
  • Drive improvements in conversion rates across sign-up flows and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success for growth loops.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with the Creative Lead for ad creatives, visuals, and campaign assets.
  • Partner with the Content & Engagement Lead to align content with paid campaigns.
  • Report progress and insights to founders regularly.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing (SaaS/AI preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns and meeting ROI targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, attribution models, and marketing automation tools.

  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
  • Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for SaaS, AI, and scaling new products.

Reporting To Founders & Sales/Marketing Leadership, InnoventuresAI Inc.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives. This role offers ownership of growth strategy and visibility in shaping the customer acquisition engine of a fast-scaling AI SaaS startup.
