About Style Junkiie

Style Junkiie is a contemporary fashion label for the modern, statement-making woman. Known for its structured silhouettes, versatile separates, and edgy-glam aesthetic, the brand bridges couture craftsmanship with ready-to-wear sensibility. We are now seeking an experienced Fashion Consultant who can bring high-end styling expertise and a luxury client experience to our in-store journey.

Role Purpose

As a Fashion Consultant at Style Junkiie, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a personalized and elevated shopping experience to clients. You'll be responsible for styling, customer engagement, sales conversion, and relationship building — reflecting the ethos and service benchmarks of top-tier designer brands

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Styling

● Deliver exceptional styling guidance in line with the client's personal taste and body type.

● Curate head-to-toe looks and wardrobe solutions using Style Junkiie pieces.

● Build strong personal relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

● Provide pre- and post-sale styling assistance (trials, fittings, WhatsApp consults, etc.).

● Maintain the brand's high fashion image through client interactions and visual presentation.

Sales & Retail Excellence

● Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

● Maintain in-depth knowledge of the collection — fabrics, fits, styling combinations, and craftsmanship.

● Work closely with the retail and merchandising teams to understand bestsellers and inventory flow.

● Assist during events, launches, and styling previews.

Operational Support

● Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store/styling area.

● Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and product orders with accuracy.

● Collaborate with the tailoring team for customized requests and fitting corrections.

Requirements

● 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or designer brand styling (e.g., Masaba, Dhruv Kapoor, Falguni Shane Peacock, etc.).

● Strong understanding of Indian and Western fashion, body types, and global trends.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.

● Strong fashion sense with an eye for detail, proportions, and color coordination.

● Prior experience in handling high-profile/VIP clientele is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
