Job Description: UI/UX Developer

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient UI/UX Developer to join our product team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and front-end implementation of user interfaces, bridging the gap between sophisticated design and high-performance code. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Figma for design and prototyping, and highly skilled in Angular for development.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research & Strategy: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to establish a deep understanding of user needs and business goals.
  • UI/UX Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Angular Development: Translate Figma designs into clean, modular, and responsive code using the Angular framework.
  • Component Library Management: Build and maintain a reusable UI component library/design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements and collaborate with Backend Developers for API integrations.
  • Testing & Optimization: Perform UI testing and troubleshooting to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping).
  • Front-end Framework: Strong, hands-on experience with Angular (v12 or higher) and TypeScript.
  • Web Technologies: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Angular Material).
  • Responsive Design: Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX design skills and live Angular-based web applications.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
