Job Title: EduTech Sales Associate (Student Counselor)

Location: Greater Noida

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (plus incentives)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated EduTech Sales / Student Counselor who can connect with students over calls, explain our training programs, and guide them to enroll in suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available courses and benefits.
  • Handle incoming, outgoing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel sheet.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Follow up with interested students to ensure successful enrollment.
  • Work with the marketing and operations team to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales (freshers can also apply).
  • Good communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
  • Passion for education and helping students make career decisions.
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
