Job Description:

  • Prepare detailed research reports, company profiles, and business analyses across sectors.
  • Build, analyze, and update financial models.
  • Generate investment ideas by screening companies across various industry verticals.
  • Analyze company financial statements and performance metrics.
  • Prepare Initiating Coverage (IC) research reports, including financial forecasting, DCF, and FCF valuation.
  • Deliver presentations to institutional clients.
  • Interact with institutional clients such as Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, and FIIs to provide updates on research insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical thinking combined with execution ability.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding business drivers (revenue, cost, margins, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting concepts, valuation techniques, and stock analysis.
  • Excellent writing skills to present investment arguments clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong communication skills to express views with conviction.
  • Ability to structure and guide research/consulting assignments with clients, fund managers, and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • NSIM Certification / Post Graduate / MBA / CA / CFA

Relevant Experience & Skills:

  • Equity Research, Equity Analysis, Report Generation, Fundamental Analysis
  • Interaction with buy-side analysts, fund managers, and institutional clients
