We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Analytics Senior Manager to join our GTM Operations team. As a Sales Analytics Senior Manager with at least years of work experience, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making, developing thought leadership on analytical methods, and providing actionable insights to support Anaplan's aggressive growth targets. You will be comfortable working with diverse skillsets and are looking for a results-oriented Senior Manager to oversee and guide our Analytics and Data Science teams within our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other critical GTM functions such as Compensation, Planning, Strategy, and Transformation to ensure alignment between business objectives and analytics-driven outcomes.

What you will do:

1. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts and data scientists, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
2. Drive business insights by analyzing key performance metrics, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership, product teams, and other business functions.
3. Partner closely with GTM Compensation, Planning, Strategy, and Transformation teams to ensure business decisions are supported by data, align with overall GTM objectives, and drive long-term success.
4. Present complex data analysis results and actionable insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Effectively communicate the value and implications of data-driven recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
5. Apply hypothesis testing and data science methodologies to guide a team of data scientists to build predictive models and optimize sales forecasts, customer segmentation, and churn predictions.
6. Develop long term roadmaps on data and analytics strategy within the GTM function and identify organizational needs to continuously deliver in a growing company.

What you bring to the table:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
2. A minimum of years of experience in business analytics, data science, sales operations, or business intelligence, with at least 5-6 years in a leadership role overseeing a diverse team.
3. Previous work experience in multinational technology companies or consulting roles, particularly in a data-driven, high-growth environment a plus.
4. Experience working with Sales data in Salesforce as well as other GTM Technology data tools. Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
5. Proven track record of leading and developing teams, driving results, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment
6. Deep understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and clustering.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges using data-driven approaches.
8. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
9. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment, including collaborating with stakeholders in a remote capacity. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and influence others.  Preferably, has experience overseeing work product and quality of other people.
